So my long journey started yesterday.

What do I mean by that?

Well… I’ll tell ya. Yesterday was my appointment at the Orthodontist, where they made molds of my teeth, and put spacers in between my molars.

Why spacers you ask?

I have to wear spacers for 2 weeks, because on the 22nd I am getting…

Wait for it…

Braces.

So the appointment wasn’t so bad yesterday - I was under the impression that the spacers were going to hurt, so I was super anxious about it all day.  It was so not a big deal! Which.. ya know.. was nice!

My teeth are a little sore today, but it is completely livable!

Ahh… nothing like turning 30, moving back in with your parents, and getting braces. Now all I need is the tape on the bridge of my glasses, and my total loser transformation will be complete!
